For a guaranteed early arrival, the following rates apply: • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 25% • 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 50% • Before 7:00 AM: Full rate Late Check-out: Stay until 2:00 PM at no extra cost, subject to availability. To extend further: • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 25% • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% • After 6:00 PM: Full nightly rate

Non-Smoking Policy
For the safety and security of everyone, all guests staying in the apartment must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. If someone other than the primary guest will arrive first or access the apartment before you, please send us a copy of their ID in advance so we can authorize their entry.
Home & Away maintains a strictly smoke-free environment. Smoking, vaping, shisha, and any other recreational substances are not permitted inside our apartments or shared spaces.
